A user contacted you as he cannot connect to a database. You checked the
user status that is currently in trouble in order to decide which action to process next.
At the user level, he is locked. At the administrator level his connection is blocked for a specific reason.
There are few reasons which are explained further down. Each reason will require a different procedure in order to release the locking mechanism.
A sap hana user can be locked in various situations. The most common event is the amount of failed connections in a row which are limited to 5 by default.

The User has been locked manually by an administrator.
