The following sql script drills down result to table level and reports on how much space column table main data storage is using for each hana table.
In a data import validation process, you could monitor whether tables in a specific schema grows on not.
If not, there are 2 areas to look at: The column table delta storage size and the row table.
The table delta storage may still be growing. Either wait until the delta merge occurs automatically or force the delta merge manually.
The other area to look at is the row tables section.
Some tables may have been created under the wrong table type. If so, You would not be able to see anything under the column tables.
Look for table names instead than table type.
